We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. In this role, you will provide administrative support in various areas as needed, coordinate internal/external communication, and perform other office duties as requested.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing correspondence, handling phone calls, and maintaining databases. They will also assist with the writing and editing of contractual agreements and Requests for Proposals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in various areas as needed.
  2. Communication Coordination: Coordinate internal/external communication.
  3. Office Duties: Perform other office duties as requested.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes access to comprehensive health and dental coverage, as well as a pension plan.
