Are you a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team at Optima Recruitment Limited.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound calls and enquiries into sales, generating sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the External Sales Team to ensure complete customer satisfaction and coordinate delivery of goods worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in sales support, account management, or customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
