Your main responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating events, producing communications and reports, and supporting projects and operational systems. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to assigned Heads of Department
  • Manage calendars and coordinate events
  • Produce day-to-day communications and reports
  • Support projects and operational systems

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
