Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of high-quality Apprenticeship programs, ensuring that apprentices achieve their qualifications at high levels">
  • Collaborating with the Group Apprenticeship Team Leader and Apprenticeship Administrators to ensure clear coordination of the sign-up process">
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Apprenticeship standards and monitoring programs within this area of work">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Significant experience of managing or leading Apprenticeship provision, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders">
  • Ability to work at other sites with respective apprenticeship teams as directed by the Group Head of Apprenticeships">
