What You'll Do

In this Office Coordinator role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes managing internal/external communication, handling phone calls and mail, and performing other office duties as required.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  1. Complete correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide excellent customer service through effective phone call management and message screening.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records, including mailing lists and databases.
  4. Assist with contract negotiations, Requests for Proposals, and other administrative tasks.
