Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. This is a permanent, part-time position that requires 25-30 hours of work per week.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Kingston, close to many train and bus links.

**Job Type:** Permanent, part-time (25-30 hours per week).

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both UK and international HR initiatives, ensuring policies stay current, and offering expert guidance on employee relations. They will also play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership and helping to cultivate a thriving, high-performance work culture.

This is a hands-on, stand-alone role where you'll be at the heart of shaping the company. You will oversee recruitment & staffing, employee relations & engagement, learning & development, performance management, compliance & legal, and HR administration.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • HR certification - CIPD desirable
  • Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and positive attitude
