Morgan Law is actively recruiting for an Employment Relations Specialist to join our team in South West London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-profile local organization with a hybrid work arrangement, including three days in the office.

The central focus of this position is to provide comprehensive, proactive, and responsive HR advice and support to managers, as well as advising on HR procedures and legislation changes that may impact the organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment campaigns, advising on all employment queries/casework, and collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of employment law and best practices. We estimate a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.
