Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Employee Benefits programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing benefit contracts across multiple countries and regions.
- Negotiating with vendors and brokers to obtain contract usage data.
- Developing and maintaining Benefit Policies that align with our organisation's goals.
- Collaborating with the wider business and HR teams to ensure effective communication of reward principles.
What We Offer
This role comes with a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with 3 days spent in the office per week in Kingston Upon Thames.
