Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team and work with children with SEMH needs. As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning and development, improving their communication and social skills.
The RoleKey Responsibilities:
- Gain experience in a school setting with specialist SEMH and ARP classrooms
- Work with children with ASC, autism, anxiety, and ADHD
- 25,000 per year, pro rata to term time only
- Work alongside qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists
Personal Specification
Requirements:
- First-Class Psychology Degree or a degree from a Top 20 University
- Previous experience and a passion for working with children
- Aims to become an Educational Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience
