Job Description

As a Benefits and Rewards Manager at Oakleaf Partnership, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee benefits programme. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage and define a fair, equitable, and competitive total reward and benefits package for employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end management of country and regional benefit contract renewals
  • Building relationships with vendors/brokers to provide contract usage data
  • Ensuring compliance within country regulations
  • Preparing and presenting reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership
  • Managing Benefit Policies
  • Stakeholder management with renewal approvers and in-region Leadership group
  • Partnering with the wider business and HR community to ensure key reward principles are communicated

The successful candidate will have exposure to Compensation and excellent stakeholder management skills. The role is based in Kingston Upon Thames and offers a salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience.
