About the Opportunity

Oakleaf Partnership is looking for a skilled Benefits Specialist to lead our employee benefits programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing benefits strategies that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Designing and delivering benefits programmes that enhance employee well-being and productivity
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in benefits management, compensation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £75,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
