About the Role

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a Total Rewards Professional to drive the development and implementation of our Employee Benefits programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering a comprehensive total rewards strategy that meets the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and manage Benefit Policies to ensure consistency and equity across the organisation.
  3. Build relationships with vendors and brokers to negotiate favourable contract terms.
  4. Communicate effectively with HR leadership and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the Employee Benefits programme.
  5. Analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing large-scale benefits programmes and contracts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking, with ability to develop and implement long-term plans.

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum
