About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Rewards Specialist to lead the development and implementation of a first-class employee benefits programme.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive range of benefits, including health insurance, pension schemes, and other perks.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in compensation and benefits.
