Job Title: Global Compensation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Compensation Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class total rewards and benefits programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of global markets and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a competitive and equitable total rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Analyse market data to inform compensation decisions;
  • Manage relationships with vendors and brokers to obtain contract usage data;
  • Ensure compliance with country regulations and maintain awareness of market trends;
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to communicate key reward principles;
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation best practices and industry developments.

Employee Communication and Engagement:

  • Design and implement engagement campaigns to increase employee awareness and usage of specific benefits, such as wellness programs or retirement planning tools;

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Kingston Upon Thames, 3 days in office
