About the Job

This dynamic position requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and attention to detail. As a Commodity Account Specialist, you will be responsible for researching new business opportunities, cupping and quality controlling coffee samples, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop new business opportunities in the coffee market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Cup and evaluate coffee samples to ensure quality standards are met
  • Provide top-notch customer service to maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing sales, preferably in commodities
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ByDesign
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

What You'll Get:
