About the Job

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee benefits programme, managing stakeholders, and defining a fair and competitive total reward package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end country and regional benefit contract renewals, including negotiation and agreement with vendors and brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and brokers to drive contract usage data and optimize benefit programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and laws to prevent any potential risks or penalties.
  • Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and manage Benefit Policies to ensure they align with business objectives and remain competitive in the market.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with renewal approvers and in-region Leadership group to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Partner with the wider business and HR community to communicate key reward principles and promote employee engagement.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, products, and services to stay ahead in the industry.

Employee Communication:

  • Design and implement engagement campaigns to increase employee awareness and usage of specific benefits, such as wellness programs or retirement planning tools.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
