Strategic Total Reward Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
The role involves managing benefit contract renewals, building relationships with vendors and brokers, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing reports on benefits usage and costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in total reward management, compensation, and benefits, as well as strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
