Role Purpose
The successful candidate will support the Head of Business Growth & Profitability in enhancing the company's understanding of client profitability while promoting excellence in tender responses, with a focus on pipeline management, client profitability analysis, and key collaboration with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities by profiling potential clients, understanding their objectives, and assessing fit with operations.
  • Client Profitability: Conduct in-depth analyses of client profitability and generate actionable insights by collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Key Collaboration: Equip sales teams with data-driven insights, training materials, and tools to support their prospecting and contract negotiation efforts.

Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in new business development, including managing pipelines and analysing contract profitability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI, along with strong project management and organisational abilities, is expected.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
