We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing an Occupational Health service to employees at our Weybridge office and satellite offices in Harrogate and Tunbridge Wells, with additional responsibility for Health & Safety at the Weybridge office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health nursing and relevant qualifications, such as a NEBOSH certificate. They will also have experience in working within a commercial office environment and be familiar with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a double-matched pension scheme, private health insurance, and a share ownership scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with line managers and HR to develop action plans for employees requiring further support or intervention
  • Regularly reviewing site absence data with HR and agreeing required interventions
  • Collaborating with the external Physician to support complex case resolution and employee support
