About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Director to lead our health and safety team and ensure the well-being of our employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, preferably in the construction industry, and be able to develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
  • Lead health and safety training and awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with a competitive remuneration package, including benefits and opportunities for professional development.


Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 + package
