About the Role

As a Disability Services Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the needs of children with severe and profound disabilities, specifically focusing on short breaks support for them and their families.
  • Creating care plans for children in various situations, ensuring their needs are met by all involved in their care.
  • Collaborating with health, education, and other professionals to ensure the comprehensive needs of children and young people are met.

The salary for this position is £42,951 - £45,840 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
