Job Title: Progress Coordinator

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Progress Coordinator to join our team at Blue Octopus, responsible for developing and managing a high-quality support service to learners with diverse needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support Service Delivery: Develop and manage the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective support service to learners.
  2. Caseload Management: Lead an agreed caseload of learners, assessing support needs and coordinating packages that meet EHCP outcomes.
  3. EHCP Reviews: Chair EHCP annual reviews and manage a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Quality Systems: Implement and develop quality systems, recording assessments.
  5. Legislation: Understand SEND reforms, equality & safeguarding legislation.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £52,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

A successful track record in supporting provision in post-16 educational settings is essential. Experience in coordinating teams, implementing quality systems, and conducting assessments is required.
