Job Description

As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for producing and updating spreadsheets to support monthly Payroll requirements. You will also support administrative tasks, implement the HR data into the new system, and ensure all data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Business studies or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in generalist HR processes, system requirements, and regulations is essential. Strong written communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills are also required.

Benefits and Working Conditions

Our office is located in Kingston, and we offer flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We provide study support for CIPD qualifications and encourage professional development within the company.
