We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Neurodiversity Pathway team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of mental health support in Devon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to conduct specialized assessments and provide guidance, advice, and training to colleagues, families, and partner agencies.
  • Participate in team meetings and engage in development opportunities to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions, adhering to safeguarding protocols.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of neurodiversity and mental health.

Person Specification
