Sales and Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Britannia Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a busy office environment, managing sales and events with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience in hotel sales and supervisory skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and approach tasks with a can-do attitude. The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising and supporting the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the hotel and provide excellent customer service.
* Managing incoming enquiries from conversion through to a seamless transition to our operations team on the day of the event.
* Overseeing all event paperwork and coordinating with relevant hotel departments to ensure every department understands requirements.
