Office Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordination Manager to join our team in Lisburn. As an Office Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer service or logistics environment, with regular use of patient administration systems. In addition, they will have at least five GCSEs, including English Language and Maths (Grades A* to C), and proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar applications.
We estimate the salary for this role to be £11.67 per hour, paid weekly, based on the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of our office, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the delivery and collection of community equipment and continence products, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct locations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
