Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diary Management: Manage the diaries of our senior management team, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, set up equipment, and arrange refreshments as needed.
  3. Event Organization: Assist with global event organization, working closely with our marketing and events teams.
  4. Travel Arrangements: Manage national and international travel arrangements for our senior management team, including hotels, flights, and transfers.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support, including screening phone calls and emails, inbox management, and taking minutes in meetings.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a PA/EA, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Suite and possessing a solution-oriented approach.
  3. Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum.
