Office Management Professional

Job Overview: At Artemis Human Capital, we are seeking an Office Management Professional to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our senior management team, you will provide high-level administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage the diaries of our senior management team, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, set up equipment, and arrange refreshments as needed.
- Event Organization: Assist with global event organization, working closely with our marketing and events teams.
- Travel Arrangements: Manage national and international travel arrangements for our senior management team, including hotels, flights, and transfers.
- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support, including screening phone calls and emails, inbox management, and taking minutes in meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a PA/EA, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Suite and possessing a solution-oriented approach.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
About the Role:
- Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum.
