We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our client's busy office in Lisburn. As a key member of the senior management team, you will provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Your duties will include:

  • Diary management and coordination of meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Organising global events in collaboration with the marketing and events team
  • Preparing itineraries and managing travel arrangements for the senior management team
  • Screening phone calls and emails, and managing the inbox
  • Taking minutes in meetings

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a PA/EA
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Suite
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £28,000-£33,000 per annum, plus flexible working arrangements and a warm and welcoming work environment.
