Office Coordinator at Swd Facilities Management

As an Office Coordinator at SWD Facilities Management Services Ireland, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
You will play a key role in coordinating office activities, managing schedules, handling communication with clients and vendors, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. In addition, you will be required to help plan the day-to-day work for engineers to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Help plan the day-to-day work for engineers
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and information flow Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of facilities management industry is a plus
