Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at GRAHAM, a leading construction company. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our facilities team, including security, mechanical, and electrical services.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with practical knowledge of basic maintenance in areas such as building, joinery, mechanical/electrical maintenance, and grounds maintenance. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize workloads effectively.

In this role, you will be working closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure that all duties are carried out to comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including the H&S At Work (NI) Order 1978 and COSHH Regulations.

You will be required to attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, and will be expected to work outside normal working hours when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the facilities team
