We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estates Contracts Officer to join our team at VANRATH. As a key member of the Assets Department, you will be responsible for managing the Client's Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and assisting in the efficient provision of estates management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Client's Planned Preventative Maintenance programme
  • Assist building managers in operating PPM contracts
  • Prepare annual budgets and reports for presentation to Committee
  • Provision of annual maintenance reports and plans
  • Maintain clear communication channels with internal management and external contractors

Skills and Qualifications

  • Third-level qualification in an appropriate related discipline
  • At least three years of post-qualification experience in property management, facilities management, or building systems management
  • Experience of working in planned maintenance, procurement of services, and working for a large organisation with a varied estate

Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £39,600 per annum, with additional benefits including holiday entitlement. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in inter-departmental working groups and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
