We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Services Associate to join our Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services, including scheduling coordination, customer service, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Coordination: Utilize software packages to coordinate the delivery and collection of community equipment and continence products, optimizing logistics and improving efficiency.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries from the public and responding to their needs in a timely and courteous manner.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and manage equipment collection dockets, scheduling equipment returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate filing of requisitions and delivery notes, as well as record returned equipment in relevant databases.
- Stock Management Support: Assist in stock counts and manage the community equipment stock catalogue, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer service or logistics environment, with regular use of patient administration systems.
- At least five GCSEs, including English Language and Maths (Grades A* to C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar applications.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.67, paid weekly.
- A total of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- An ongoing temporary contract.
