About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior staff members
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Develop and implement effective office procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as an Office Administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Degree-level qualification in Business Administration or related field
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum
