Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the technology department, working closely with the R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track actual spend of the R&D team on development projects
  • Create reports to assist with R&D tax credit claims
  • Coordinate tax credit applications and external funding
  • Manage and support ERP systems for the R&D team
  • Support arrangements and logistics for visitors to the R&D site
  • Support cost saving measures within the R&D team
  • Assist with other project activities as required
  • General administration duties

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in an administration role, ideally in a product development or R&D office
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to merge and analyse data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience with submission process for R&D tax credits
