Administrative Support Specialist
Nominate Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in Lisburn. This role will support the finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable tasks and assisting in various finance-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Handle employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Provide support on other financial duties as required by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with finance software and systems.
