As a Logistics Co-ordinator at VickerStock, you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Teams to prepare shipping and freight documents for dispatch, providing general administrative support to the warehouse team as needed, and ensuring that the Warehouse Manager can update stock in the system by gathering Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents for returned items. You will also be responsible for being the main contact for the Sales Office and Field Sales team for any dispatch and delivery questions, collecting all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers and couriers, and uploading them to the company's system.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Teams to prepare shipping and freight documents for dispatch.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team as needed.
- Gather Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents for returned items.
- Be the main contact for the Sales Office and Field Sales team for any dispatch and delivery questions.
- Collect all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers and couriers.
- Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to the company's system.
