Here at Safety Solutions we are looking for a Part Time General Purchasing Administrator to join our great team
- Keying purchase orders / sales orders / delivery dockets and maintaining the flow of incoming goods within our Administration process.
- Liasing with Suppliers and maintaining a relationship with them
- Stock maintenance - essential knowledge would be required, this consist of preparation and follow up of quarterly Stock taking.
- Remote Logistic information to HMRC - production on line this shall consist mainly of Trader Support
- Stock Support of producing an EC ledger to our Administrator, this consists of stock coding information and maintenance of price changes.
- Organisation of transportation for incoming pre ordered goods with our list of suppliers, again experience would be an advantage
- Payments - the production of Pre payment authorisation Supplier Payments for Financial Director and set up of same onto our Sage 200 system/Bank.
- Answering phones and general pricing assistance for Managing Director

**Be prepared to help with any other duties in relation to our Purchasing Dept and to work with the Admin Team to ensure proficient Supplier relations.**

**This role is a 4 day week** ( Wednesdays Off) 9am - 5 pm (one hour lunch break )

**As this role is office based we cannot facilitate hybrid working due to the paperwork flow.**

**Location - based in office locally at the Maze area of Lissue Industrial Estate, bus route to Craigavon offers a good service.**

**Salary - to be discussed at interview**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13,000.00-£16,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
