**Job Title: Office Administartor**
**Location: Lisburn**
**Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 p.a. + benefits**
We are working with a client of ours based who are going through strong levels of business growth and are an organisation that offers great work life balance and support to all of it's employees.
**Your roles and duties within this position may vary, but the below is an outline of what would be expected of you in this position**:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding on new employee to the business.
- Maintain and keep accurate the internal people systems.
- Process all new applicants in a timely and proactive manner.
- Support the Management Team with all aspects of the recruitment processes including booking interviews and gathering employment references.
- Has strong administrative experience.
- Excellent communications skills both verbally and written.
- Enjoys working with people of all levels across the business.
- Must be well organised and can work on own initiative where appropriate.
- An ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload
As every company is different, you will be provided with training for this position so you have an understanding of the company, how it runs and what would be expected you everyday. However, it is important that you are able to demonstrate that you have had experience in working within a business administration support type role.
