Job Title: Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd. As an Inventory Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for processing drivers' paperwork, checking returned products, and ensuring product accuracy according to HACCP guidelines. You will also maintain accurate records of driver paperwork errors, check all assets returned by drivers, and run labels and tag returned products. Additionally, you will enter data into the warehouse management system and operate an electric power pallet truck or forklift to transport products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process drivers' paperwork and check returned products
  • Maintain accurate records of driver paperwork errors
  • Check all assets returned by drivers and ensure proper coding
  • Run labels and tag returned products
  • Enter data into the warehouse management system
  • Ensure drivers place equipment and returns on proper pallets in the returns area
  • Operate an electric power pallet truck or forklift to transport products

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with WMS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in areas with temperature and humidity variations
