Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and help us achieve our mission to be the preeminent wellness brand in hospitality. As a Meetings and Events Sales Professional, you will be responsible for proactively selling group bedroom and meetings & events enquiries, creating quotations and proposals, and conducting regular follow-up calls to identify changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive sales of group bedroom and meetings & events enquiries from initial enquiry to contract handover.
- Creating quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Conducting regular follow-up calls to identify changing needs and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Drafting and issuing groups and events contracts, maintaining regular follow-up and ensuring booking statuses are updated.
- Conducting site visits to showcase the hotel.
- Engaging with hotel Operations Team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high standard of written and verbal English.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Efficient problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and selling skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include flexible working, staff accommodation rates across the UK, free meals on duty, and access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Wellbeing Support.
