Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in event management/coordination in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Creative, autonomous, and entrepreneurial approach – able to self-manage and prioritize your workload.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prepared to make decisions when necessary, and not afraid to challenge current ways of working.
  • Good knowledge of UK, European, and international events venues and suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable and confident in client meetings.
  • Flexible, prepared to work occasional unsociable hours during events, including weekends.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with event management software would be preferable (ideally EventsAir).
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in the UK.
