About the Role

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales is seeking an Executive Conference Assistant to join its Global Marketing, Brand and Belonging department. As an Executive Conference Assistant, you will be responsible for providing event production and delivery support to various stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include logistical delivery of events, speaker liaison, virtual and on-site delivery, pre-event planning/administration, and performing first-class event execution. You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, communities, and commercial partnerships to deliver events that meet member needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of running events both face-to-face and virtually, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a high standard of presentation and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000pa depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, a generous benefits package, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate delegate booking process, including building and maintaining webpages, liaison with relevant internal departments.
  • Work alongside commercial partnerships team for commercial event activity ensuring sponsorship deliverables are managed.
  • Prepare information for event budgeting and reporting purposes.
