Meetings and Events Operations Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and meetings.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £14.04 per hour, plus excellent benefits, including heavily discounted hotel rates in Europe, 50% F&B discounts at our restaurants and bars, and access to our Benefit Hub, offering discounted prices at hundreds of stores, supermarkets, major retailers, attractions, restaurants, and cinemas.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day service in a Meetings and Events Operations environment
- Ensure all F&B services are delivered in a timely manner according to Event Orders
- Oversee junior team members delivering on client expectations
- Cross-check service requirements with Floor Managers and other relevant departments
- Suggest improvements to the department and continuously strive for best practices and high customer satisfaction
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service attitude, positive and charismatic with an eye for the customer
- Natural team player, able to easily connect and work with others
- Flexibility and adaptability are crucial in this role
