Job Title: Meetings and Events Sales Team Lead
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Meetings and Events Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients and overseeing all contact for coordinating their events.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a real drive to always deliver the best possible service. Our Meetings and Events teams are all about exceeding the customer's expectations and giving attention to the smallest details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Meeting and Events Sales Executives
- Promoting Meeting and Events facilities to prospective clients
- Oversight of all contact for coordinating client events
- Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with operational hotel teams

- Comfortable in a front-line role facing the public
- Empathetic and able to build relationships
- Multi-skilled with an understanding of both M&E and Group business
