Job Overview
Martlesham Heath Surgery is seeking a skilled Healthcare Navigator and Dispenser to join their team. As a key member of the reception and dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, handling medication dispensing tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of the surgery.

About the Role
This role involves working closely with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment plans. Your duties will include greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and issuing prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A background in healthcare or a related field is essential, along with proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of NHS procedures and protocols is also beneficial.

What We Offer
Martlesham Heath Surgery offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
