Healthcare Training Specialist

We are East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust, a leading healthcare provider in the region. We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Training Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a Health or Social Care subject and GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths. The role involves coordinating the planning and delivery of Apprenticeship training programmes within the trust for Healthcare Assistants.
Key responsibilities include:
- To ensure any mandatory training or internal training is mapped across into the Apprenticeship to maximise and capture naturally occurring knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Coordinate the delivery of group based teaching sessions as and when required.
- Complete all tasks required for funding and compliance in a timely manner to facilitate claims and to meet audit requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
