Job Overview

This role involves delivering top-tier patient consultations, advising on medicine management and optimisation for 100,000 patients across the region.

The successful candidate will have strong primary care experience and work closely with GPs to ensure high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum.
