We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the challenge of supporting our Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assisting with direct and indirect care needs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care at all times.

About the Role

This role requires someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and prioritize tasks efficiently. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Support Registered Nurses in providing direct and indirect care to patients
  • Assist with clinical procedures and observations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Care Certificate or demonstrable skills
  • A Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a health setting
