Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong primary care experience to support multiple GP practices within a large Primary Care Network in East Suffolk.

The successful candidate will work across the region, serving 100,000 patients from Felixstowe to Eye. The role involves providing top-tier patient consultations, advising on medicine management and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multi-GP practices to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Deliver expert consultations on medication management and optimisation
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong primary care experience with a focus on medication management
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to drive positive change

Estimated Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum for this full-time position, offering a competitive package including benefits such as annual leave, sick pay and pension scheme.
