Healthcare IT Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Applications Analyst to join our team, working on our Epic EPR Clin Doc Module. As a Clinical Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of clinical IT systems and associated documentation.
You will provide advice and guidance on specific issues, including system usage, proposed improvements, training, and interfaces to other Trust systems. Your responsibilities will also include responding to and resolving support calls raised on the ICT Service Desk and liaising with Epic representatives.
In addition to your technical expertise, we require excellent communication and critical analysis skills. You must be able to work effectively in a hospital environment and have a clear understanding of hospital operational and/or clinical processes.
The salary range for this position is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro rata), and we offer a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments, 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata), and access to a range of NHS discounts.
Requirements- A thorough knowledge and experience of working with administrative computer systems
- Exposure to a Healthcare setting or workflow e.g. Outpatients, Medical Records, Emergency department
